Come Back to Sacred Source

You are a sacred spark of GodSource, and you are here on earth to experience the dense details of creation. As such, it can be easy to forget the big picture. It can be easy to forget Source and the infinite LOVE and belonging that you come from, and to get lost in the details of self. This disconnection is where all suffering originates. 

All of the suffering we humans have ever known began with forgetting Source. This was carried out to the extreme. At some point in the long history of humanity, we got so lost in the details of density, and we felt so cut off from our eternally loving Source, that we tried to go it alone. We thought that we could know it all and control our world, but we had forgotten our spirituality which was our very power. As a result, we became powerless. From then on, humanity was taken advantage of, atrociously so.

For millennia, we were diminished so that we could be used. And so, we were systematically conditioned to believe in survival and materialism instead of spirituality and unconditional love. We were taught to put anything and everything at the center of our universe, except LOVING Source! No wonder things went awry. Service-to-self reigned, as did blind service to those who would use us. Injustice and violence prevailed, and corruption in all of its forms, including religious conditioning, took over our beautiful planet.

That is, until now. We are here to overcome what we have been through. How? By getting back to Source instead of serving corrupt agendas. So many brave LightLeaders are helping us do this, but even we can get lost in the seriousness of self. Yet, please understand that each of us has a return ticket to Source that is always available. The invitation is always waiting for us to reignite our inherent connection to Source LOVE and to each other, and to commune with the sacred in all things. This brings the most comforting feeling that solves all of our problems. This ends our scary paradigm of little selves serving themselves in total separation from the Divine. 

Right now, a lot of humans are going through very personal and collective experiences that can make us feel like all is lost. I believe that we are going through this humbling process so that we can handle the responsibility of the New Earth. You see, we cannot handle the responsibility of the New Earth until we stop serving the self, otherwise the New Earth will become the old one lickity-split. But, when we let Source LOVE in, we can finally work together as one and serve all, and lift this entire world up.

That is why we have so little power until we stop feeding our egos. Now, I have so much compassion as to why we feed our egos. I understand that each of us is doing our best to cope with the trauma that we experience as human beings. Indeed, we are so courageous to be here, and our primary coping mechanism is the ego, but each ego thinks that its agenda is more important than all of creation—including Source! And so, our egos feel wounded until we remember that we are already whole. Our egos feel cast out until we remember that we already belong. Our egos feel misunderstood until we remember that Source knows us better than anyone could, and so does everyone else when we reunite with them. We humans get knocked down again and again until we stop putting ourselves first and rejoin with all that is—until we let Source in and run back home to LOVE. 

When we give up the fight for self, we realize that we are everything that we seek, and we have the entire universe on our side. We don’t have to prove a thing, but rather, just be who we really are—united beings of exquisite LOVE. When we remember this, all is miraculously found.

Please know, beloved soul, that you are a precious child of Source, and you are forever worthy of Source LOVE. You are an essential and eternal part of our family, and you are cherished beyond words. You are never alone, and Source has been patiently waiting for you to remember this, and to find your way back home.  

If you haven’t already done so, make Source the center of your world again, and let yourself come alive! Let Source be your internal Lighthouse, and go back home all the time. Carry this LOVE around with you and let it build heaven-on-earth. Get back to the loving paradigm that you come from and bring that paradigm here.  

Come back to sacred communion. Come back to the holy and sublime. Revel in poetic beauty—celebrate gorgeous life! Return to Source with all your heart, and remember what we have learned—unifying LOVE is the easiest thing. Only separation is hard.

Your Grace Saves Humanity

What is spiritual grace? I studied spiritual grace in college as part of my philosophy curriculum but its meaning felt elusive. The classical thinkers who wrote about grace couldn’t seem to pin it down or successfully convey their personal epiphanies around it. Now, many years later, I see that grace is hard to describe because it is so different from the limiting world we humans have known. We have been taught that everything is conditional, and most especially that love is conditional, whereas grace is unconditional love in action. Grace is total, loving forgiveness and acceptance of all, no matter what has happened, and I believe that grace will save humanity. 

Grace will save us all, and it begins within each of us. Grace begins within you. When you completely accept yourself with total forgiveness and zero judgment, you can finally love yourself without conditions. You are able to love yourself fully and utterly, as though you are your own beloved child. This all-accepting love that you can feel for yourself restores your spiritual innocence, no matter what you have been through on earth. You feel immaculate love for yourself just as Godsource does, and you regain your divine perspective. This is when you are able to love everyone else this same way too, for when you love yourself unconditionally, this allows you to love others unconditionally as well. And that is when you bring grace unto this sacred earth. You accept everyone with all your heart, and you act as a benevolent creator being. 

You are a magnificent and powerful creator being of total love, and you can create grace that directly affects us all. You can feel grace in your heart and declare out loud: “I AM a magnificent and powerful creator being of total love, and I am creating grace, and so it is.” This is a miracle in action, lighting the way out of the darkness, forging the path to heaven-on-earth. Yes, you experienced darkness so that you could rise like a phoenix from the ashes and lift this entire human paradigm with grace. You plunged into the sorry depths and then loved it all no matter what, freeing yourself and raising humanity up.

Grace is the natural antidote to all that ails us—to infighting, disease, unrest and violence. But grace is not something that you have to earn. It is not something to be metered out and bartered. You deserve grace; it is your birthright, and it is not selective. Grace does not pick sides—we all deserve a loving paradigm! We are all beloved children of Godsource, and we deserve to feel how cherished we are and to flourish. It is the same with gratitude. True gratitude is not conditional. It does not mean that you are thankful despite this or that. Gratitude means that you are completely thankful without conditions. You feel the full preciousness of all that you are thankful for without limitations. 

I am so tired of hearing, “If humanity doesn’t do this or that, then we are doomed.” Please understand that our evolution is not conditional. Evolution is our natural destiny, and honestly, could anything be more obvious? We have become so used to having our natural resources squeezed and limited at every turn, including our own love, that we blindly come up with solutions that are also limited. There is no 3D solution that is going to save us—we are ascending to higher dimensions, and infinite grace is our rocket fuel.  

You aren’t meant to remain stuck in endless loops of suffering and survival but to be free with God-given grace and to evolve into a divine human being. But how do you conjure grace when your human experience has been so heartbreaking and you have felt so much emotional suffering? You simply understand that you were playing a game of survival and feeling wounded, and you don’t have to play that game any more. You can leave others to play that old game out for themselves if they want to but you lead with your own game now—the game of grace, and you get started playing immediately! But how do you practice grace with those who have really hurt you, especially those who seem to hurt you repeatedly? You look upon these people as you have looked upon yourself—as precious children who got lost in a game of wounding that you no longer want to play. You say goodbye to their game and to them at that level. You say goodbye to feeling wounded and wronged forever, and you embody spiritual grace instead. 

Every moment presents you with a treasured opportunity to choose hell or to choose heaven instead. You can give in to worry and fear, and have a horrible experience, or you can look at what is beautiful and holy, and have a heavenly time! You can judge and complain, criticize and take sides, or you can see the divine within and lift people up, and unify us with your love. You can act with grace and choose heaven right now—heaven is always available to you, and grace is how you get there.

It can be helpful to understand that the left brain does not believe in grace but the right brain absolutely does. You can soothe the worries of your left brain by soothing your own brow with your hands whenever you feel troubles creep in. Physically put your hands on your head and wipe your thoughts away as a mother would comfort her precious child. 

Let us soothe our fears away and bless our world with grace, starting from the inside out. Let us radiate all-accepting love all around and link with others who are creating grace with us. Together, our sacred work is gaining momentum, and we are building a shining world of unconditional love. We are reuniting, one by ONE, at our long-awaited Homecoming—indeed, we are coming home for our penultimate Thanksgiving, and your LOVE is our saving grace.

Why High Vibration Is Crucial

Keeping your vibration high is crucial right now. What do I mean by high vibration? Residing in a higher dimensional state of unity and unconditional love. And why exactly is this crucial? When you reside in a higher vibration, you help all of us to shift our entire human paradigm to one of total love. What’s more, when you embody unifying love, you’re able to live through these tumultuous Ascension times more gracefully. Your personal experience becomes far more positive and uplifted. You go with the flow in a peaceful state, and you stay above evolutionary stress.  

But something very interesting also becomes clear:  when you keep your vibration high, you remain far above all the dark density so that it can no longer touch you. You become untouchable, out of reach from human corruption. The corrupt matrix and all of its negative programming simply cannot get to you. You are above it, residing in your own higher world of bliss. 

More specifically, when you keep your vibration high, you cannot be harmed by dark entities because they simply cannot reside at your level. You see, any aspect of dark density cannot Ascend to the fifth dimension. The darkness is stuck where it is in lower density and cannot rise above like you. This honestly makes me feel the highest compassion for the darkness. I emphasize here the importance of feeling compassion instead of empathy. Empathy can lower my vibration to those I empathize with, but the highest, detached compassion from the perspective of GodSource lifts things up. When I feel compassion, this helps to raise my vibration yet higher. 

Right now, the world that the dark density has known is crumbling into chaos and desperation. We can have detached compassion for this and go even higher. We can accept all and remain peaceful, far above the chaos of a dying reality. It’s been said many times, everything is coming out now that has been hidden and needs to heal. Don’t let the process drag you down. Use it instead to catapult yourself into higher and higher vibrations. Create your own, gorgeous reality in a lighter, untouchable dimension. 

This means embracing unity with all of your heart, which means not participating in polarization. You don’t have to buy into the programming that pits us against each other. You don’t have to take sides because you know that we’re all on the same side anyway—because we are all one!  Infighting is something that the crumbling matrix has always incited, and you don’t have to fight with yourself any more. You don’t have to feed the density, but rather, you can add to the light on our planet that is expanding every day. 

But how do I remain high vibrational when I am human and have to live out my life after I have already been through so much? Discipline, forgiveness, and perseverance. Discipline yourself to not fall into woe-is-me victim programming. This programming was designed to keep your vibration low. Remember, you want to be here on planet earth for this momentous dimensional shift and you want to raise your vibration. You want to cease participating in emotional suffering because you have suffered enough. It is time to lead upwards. 

I say it all the time, Ascension is very personal. Anything that you experience in your reality that is discordant, stressful, or worse is available for you to heal and is asking for your forgiveness. This can mean looking into the mirror with loving acceptance or it can simply mean embracing all that you see with total benevolence. If you can understand that your reality is really yours, this means that you can actually do something about it! You can heal your world powerfully right now at this very moment. Just look everything in the face and forgive it from the highest place that you can. Then feel how obvious unity becomes.

Here are some additional ways to keep your vibration high: 

Tap into your sense of humor. Observe the chaos that you see around you like a movie that isn’t real. Laugh at how absurd the movie illusion has become. Laugh it all off. Let humor help you to be in the world but not of it.  

Think of a memory that you love and go there all over again. Stay in this precious memory until you feel uplifted. 

Visualize pure, crystalline light coming from the center of your being. Expand this light until it surrounds you and your whole world. 

Meditate on unity, all-accepting love and bliss. Feel, believe, and see. 

Most importantly, when you feel overwhelmed with stress and are freaking out, stop and don’t feed into the chaos. Stop running around, exhausting yourself with worry. Let go and give your stress up to GodSource. Drop everything and take care of yourself. Nothing is more important than taking care of yourself because your well-being reflects all of ours, so let all of your stress go and do something light and fun just for yourself until you feel lighter. Just when you think all is lost, all will be found entirely anew. 

Keep carrying on, brave soul! We’re all in this together and you are leading us above the darkness so beautifully, even if it has been hard as hell. You are raising the collective vibration with each step that you take on the crystalline staircase to heaven-on-earth.

Choose Your Higher Reality

The Ascension process right now is feeling very much like an initiation. We are being asked to choose a higher, heart-based reality at every moment even when we feel baited to go low and defend ourselves. The bait is tricky and sticky. It tries to pull us into fear when we are most vulnerable and exhausted, often through the media and social programming, as well as through our closest relationships. But we are pushed to go high because only this can end the suffering that we feel in lower energy. Thus, we become masters in choosing a higher reality.

The trickiest part of this initiation is that it is easy to judge and blame the lower reality and people who try to pull us into it. But judgment and blame are the very hallmarks of the lower reality, so by feeling wounded we actually feed into all we are working so hard to transcend. This conundrum is happening right now on a personal level and also on a collective scale. But believe it or not, those we blame are actually helping us to become masters of our reality! It’s true, though quite brutal in process. They are pushing us to go high instead of low.

Being aware of this is incredibly helpful, as is understanding how the lower reality operates. It tries to suck us in in very personal ways, sabotaging us emotionally. For example, you might suddenly feel resentful about everything you’ve had to go through in your life that has been so painful. You might suddenly feel like a victim. You might feel that you must put all of your energy towards survival. The lower reality tries to keep you down with constant worry about the future and fears over current events which can feel understandably alarming at present. One of the most common signatures of the lower reality is feeling that you are trapped in your life. This feeling leads you to stay stuck in lower programming so that you support a lower human experience.

The solution is to go high and have faith. You have to realize that you are actually completely free. You are a being of infinite love who is here on earth to anchor a higher, immensely loving reality. So go high and don’t take the bait! Don’t take things personally and don’t go into ego. Go into your heart instead and feel the immaculate peace that is always yours. This peace is your true identity—don’t let anything take it away from you! Your whole life has been leading you back to your perfect higher reality.

Right now, there is so much fear programming running rampant that you can easily feel bombarded with lower energy, often unknowingly. Use the meditation at the end of this post to re-center yourself throughout your day. The truth is that lower experiences are becoming increasingly unbearable, but this is actually pushing you to choose higher at every opportunity. This means letting the past be, letting your wounding go, and leaving your sad story of suffering behind—even if it happened yesterday—even if it happened via a precious loved one! This is the toughest stuff but that is why it is called mastery. You have to drop all lower thoughts, behavior and justifications and leap forward into the higher realms—and not wait to feel justified in doing so. You have to lead with blind faith and accept all with unconditional love. That is what frees you from lower energy. And when you lead into the higher reality, others tend to meet you there as well. And if they don’t, you can just let them go with love. You will see them again because we are all one after all.

We are all one and we are here to shift our reality. What helps profoundly is gratitude. Just turn your critical eye into a grateful one. Think of all that you are grateful for instead of criticizing what seems wrong—a never-ending contest! Have compassion for those who bait you and understand that they are human too, just like you, and they have played their spiritual roles perfectly. Believe that the lower reality doesn’t have any power over you and it won’t! You don’t have to react negatively to anything any more. You came here to heal all by loving all unconditionally. Most of all, forgive yourself when you have to start again. You came here to be human in order to do this job.

Create your own higher reality, whatever that means for you. Live from the highest place that feels light and invincible, crystalline and pure, and utterly free of worry. This feeling can be yours at this very moment. You can choose heaven and joy, bliss and peace, and all the innocence you have dearly missed. You can come home to yourself right now in each present moment. All you have to do is decide to.

Just feel the elation that is getting increasingly palpable on planet earth and allow this to shift you back into your heart. See the New Earth that is unfolding before your eyes and rejoice in its wonder like a child. There is nothing to prove. There is no need to survive any more. You are held in the arms of love at every moment if you decide this. You are infinitely loved, and your wounds will all make sense in the higher realms. Your greatest challenges have been teaching you to choose your reality. They have been teaching you unconditional LOVE.

This mastery initiation is part of the bi-polar Ascension dance that we are going through on our blessed earth. The human experience is getting increasingly polarized because the tension this creates is powerful enough to lift our entire earth to a higher paradigm. There is no need to judge this polarization. Like everything, it serves magnificent purpose. There is no need to judge anything again whatsoever. All we have to do is let go of all that and consciously choose LOVE.

A Simple Light Meditation

Get into your most comfortable meditation state. From this state of peace and stillness, start to picture crystalline pure light in the center of your body. Imagine clear, powerful light emanating from your very center. This light exudes gorgeous opalescent and rainbow qualities. It is completely immaculate and free, without attachment or limits. This light is pure SOURCE light. Feel the purity and innocence of this light in your center. Feel its loving all-acceptance and the clarity it brings within, without words. Let this light, which is you, grow and glow with bliss until you shine through and through. Feel your light expand from your inside out, radiating all around you. Your light now extends into your life and creates harmonious experiences. Live from this light and re-center yourself to it as often as you need.

It all happens inside. Reality is created from inside of you.

Uniting Unconditionally Now

You and I are uniting together now with total unconditional love. You and I are falling back in love with each other because we are each other, and we have always been spiritually united. There are no conditions to our love for each other, and indeed, why would we want to impose any? Why would we want to limit the gorgeous, glorious love that unites us so perfectly in bliss?

You and I are uniting together with total love, and we are falling back in love with all life! We are uniting with love for every living thing because we are everything that exists already. And again, there are no requirements for our love. We don’t have to prove ourselves to earn the love that is already ours. Do you realize what this means for us now as human beings? We are finally ready to accept ourselves without conditions. We are finally ready to accept all humans and unite because we already are each other.

We can now love each other unconditionally. This is what we have all been waiting for. We have been waiting to open our hearts to include every human being, no conditions. We have been waiting to love ALL of us—not just a select few or those we think deserve it but everyone on this earth, no matter what. We are all invited to our evolution party. Unconditional love makes it happen.

It took us forever to figure this out. We humans have been blinded by so many conditions. We have felt the brutality of these conditions acutely, repeatedly so. We have seen and released the pain and trauma that we experienced from all of the conditions that we placed upon love.

We have released so much human conditioning. We have gone through a gut-wrenching healing process where we have learned to stop feeling like helpless victims and to help each other instead. We have bravely faced our wounding so that we can clear this wounding for everyone. We have done this even for those who don’t know what the hell we’re talking about or don’t understand the spiritual work we have been doing for decades. It turns out that my healing is your healing, and vice versa, and we are all brave to be here in our own way. We are one Divine People now finally able to embody unconditional love.

Of course, understanding unconditional love is one thing, but acting with it when challenged is entirely another. I learned this recently by practicing loving acceptance in a moment when I was feeling wronged repeatedly as a mother. The situation was getting intolerable, but I overcame my desire to react negatively and instead felt all-accepting love for the one who would overpower me. I acted with complete unconditional love and acceptance—and wow, the peace that I experienced was powerful! It changed me forever, just as my soul planned, and in that moment I felt the world shift along with me. I experienced an exciting spiritual truth firsthand: when we feel wronged, we can choose to feel total love instead and act with complete, peaceful acceptance. We then harness unconditional love, and this love shifts our entire world.

We can love everyone and everything that we encounter with all of our hearts instead of looking for validation for our wounds. That validation will never satisfy us but love for all most certainly will. Fighting, suffering, and controlling will never make us feel better, but acting with unconditional LOVE for ALL will—every single time. It turns out that love is our most natural reaction anyway. Our love was simply conditioned.

Unconditional love is our greatest power to shift into a higher paradigm. Our challenges have been teaching us what that unconditional love really is, and we have been suffering severely until we get it. But when we overcome our challenges with unconditional love, we help all of us to evolve. We release ourselves from our painful stories with compassion, creating yet more love for each other. Those who are hardest to love open our hearts the most, and we actually thank them. By being all-supporting, we become fearless and free of our human conditioning. We become Walking Divinity.

Oh beautiful soul, when you create unconditional peace instead of strife, it touches everyone involved and radiates out exponentially! Your heart expands and blesses all of humanity. Personal challenges become opportunities for more love that shifts our very world. No one can hurt you any more, including yourself, because you include everyone now. You live and let live, and everyone can do what they want, whatever that is. You finally unconditionally love ALL of us, beautiful US, and you go with the flow of love.

When you love and let love, you no longer fight against the current of life. You ride the waves of love into perfect turquoise water in cool ripples of shimmering bliss. You surf in service instead of drowning in ancient sorrow, and you glide gracefully—with actual Grace—onto the pristine beach of your dreams.

I am with you as we rapidly evolve into human beings of total LOVE on this planet. All that we dream about and more will unfold in the blink of an eye, as fast as it takes to fall in love. Yes, the human story is the greatest love story of all time. It is not a cosmic, tragic joke as the illusion of fear would have us believe. All is not lost, despite appearances. Indeed, all is gloriously reborn in rainbows and the dazzling colors of home that we have dearly missed.

The human tale of ultimate separation and longing is coming to beauteous fruition. We are readying for one penultimate family reunion! This has meant that our old world had to break down because you cannot build on top of corruption. You have to bulldoze the entire limiting paradigm of lack and realize our natural, infinite abundance. Solutions will never be found by thinking 3D thoughts. We have to start over with open hearts. We have to create anew with LOVE and with our right brains. We have to finally listen to the Divine Feminine who had been silenced.

The breakdown process has humbled our human egos so that we can serve all instead of just ourselves. This has been paramount because we are getting increasingly, spiritually powerful in human form. And now together, we are taking wing and leaping into Heaven-on-Earth! We are like frogs in one giant pot of boiling water, swimming in ancient trauma, and love lets us process this trauma. More specifically, self-compassion lets us leap to a higher paradigm. Self-unconditional-love gives us wings to feel love for all and unite. We are transformed into doves of peace as we fly safely into Eden. Yes, Eden is absolutely real, and my Twin Flame and I are experiencing it more and more every day.

Oh, believe in Eden with all of your heart! Feel it, see it, live it, for this Eden is your destiny. It is waiting patiently for you to give over to LOVE and land safely on its shores. So give love instead of withdrawing in pain. Radiate your blessed gifts outward and be so good to your beautiful being. Do what you need to do to get through this epic birth with GRACE, if you can. Remember, births are messy, and you are cherished just as you are always.

Ascension Is Here

Beautiful humans, you’re probably aware that the energies on planet earth are intensifying rapidly at this moment. Right now, I can feel my body buzzing, and everything feels amplified. At times, I’ve been experiencing volatile swings between polar opposite feelings. For days, I’ve been lurching from one intense energy to another, and I can feel and see reality shifting beneath all of our feet. FINALLY! I am extremely excited about this Ascension process and have anticipated it for so long, but it has also felt surprisingly challenging.

If you are feeling any of this too, please know that these intense experiences are normal. What helps most, I’ve found, is to center yourself in the stillness that you can find and stay in touch with your energy at all times. Alone time is crucial. Meditation is a Godsend as you light up your connection to divine LOVE. I’ve listed some additional tips below to help us through this.

We are evolving so fast. We are shifting between dimensions and levels of consciousness. We are being asked to stop engaging in our old, conditioned ways, including the war between the sexes in our most intimate relationships. The old is gone. Thank Goodness. Just say goodbye. Hallelujah. Now onwards to a whole new way of living that is so much higher than we’ve known here—a way that is so natural to us at heart. That is why spiritual awakening is often called remembering. You are simply putting down old toys that have lost their purpose and exploring a whole reality you had forgotten. This is thrilling! And a little nuts, yes indeed. I’m not even sure exactly what it takes to get our sea legs, but we will figure it out, of that I am certain. And there is so much higher energy available to us now that wasn’t before. Exciting!

Most importantly, what I want to tell you is that there is no need to fight anything that you are feeling. There is no need to fight anyone around you either. In fact, fighting is dangerous right now. Fighting is resistance, and this keeps you locked in a lower harsh reality. What you want to do is center yourself and lift yourself up. Be powerful in your own higher energy, in the present moment, and live from here. You are far more powerful when you live and let live than when you fight and resist. This does not mean passivity or becoming a doormat because now you are in charge of you!

What else can you do right now?

Now is the moment to put everything into practice that you’ve learned from all your spiritual exploration in life. There are also so many inspirational, generous and devoted spiritual teachers on earth right now who can truly help you. Be discerning, and listen to the highest guidance available with gratitude. Then integrate within as you become increasingly powerful (your true self.)

As I mentioned, alone time is paramount. Get by yourself as much as possible, outside if you have a quiet option. Simply sit in a quiet space whenever you can and meditate or listen to uplifting music. Get in bed if you can and read or write uplifting information. Call love to you and hold it, from the inside out.

Doodle, draw, or write poetry about the Divine LOVE that you feel.

Play by yourself like you did as a child, doing whatever you feel like. Silly is good!

Follow your highest intuition always, which is becoming increasingly obvious. You have all the answers.

Be in nature as much as possible.

Sleep more than usual, as you feel called.

Surround yourself with tranquility and beauty as much as possible. Take time off as needed.

Play with pets and children : )

Take long baths with salts.

Absorb sunlight.

Exercise, and focus on health. Eat less and focus on water, fruits and vegetables. Remove toxins that you are conditioned to ingest such as alcohol. These toxins are going to become increasingly detrimental.

Have self-compassion.

In moments of challenge, put your hand on your heart and breathe. Recenter to the LOVE inside you and grow this love until you feel unstoppable with it.

When interacting with others, be extremely careful and gentle. This is vital! If you feel triggered, walk away and feel what you feel in yourself. Let the other person go.

Take the higher perspective always.

Laugh! Laugh it all off. Shake away the ridiculous density.

Keep flowers by your side. Gaze at them in the present moment and see their bliss come to life, just like William Blake’s poem:

To see a World in a Grain of Sand

And Heaven in a Wild Flower

Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand

And Eternity in an hour

Raise Consciousness Together

Here we go. This is what we’ve trained for. Our rapid evolution is at hand, so keep holding your awareness of the higher reality that we come from and bring that higher consciousness here. Envision the light of grace—just look at the brilliant, healing, white sunlight that is bathing our earth! Bask in this light with all of your being and feel the immense, infinite love in your heart. Join with others as you do this. This is how we create a higher reality on earth.

“But how do I do this when I am experiencing turmoil?” For example, so many couples are fighting right now. So many are experiencing immense challenges that never stop. The world is literally falling apart. Why? So that we can let go of what is holding us back from our higher reality.

What’s the number one issue that is holding us back? Victim consciousness. Identify the ways that you are feeling like a victim and stop participating in those things in your life. Don’t fight them. Let them go. Shed the feeling of being a victim and take charge of your energy. Release what cannot come with you—jettison your woe-is-me baggage to embody a higher state of being.

What else can you do? See things from a higher perspective. Tread lightly and be kind, or be lovingly alone if that’s the most realistic choice. Forgive all so that you can be free. You, beautiful you, deserve to be free, light and loved. You deserve to be cherished, adored and taken care of, without question. You already are in the higher reality, so let go of anything holding you back from these sacred truths. Go forth and add your precious voice to our brave earth Ascension. We have always needed you.

Free to LOVE NOW

Hello beloved, fellow humans!

Right now, it can be revelatory to understand that any time we cling to a narrative that involves any kind of oppression of ourselves, we are feeding into victim consciousness. Victim consciousness can be summed up in one word—blame. Blame is the primary way that we remain stuck in a limiting third-dimensional paradigm. This is how we hold ourselves back from LOVE.

It is time to overcome blame and to embrace fifth dimensional unity. It is time to let go of all narratives of blame by personally identifying all the ways that we feed into those narratives in our individual lives. It is also time to identify how we do this as a collective and stop participating! Then, we can embrace higher consciousness. We can simply LOVE everyone and everything with all of our hearts.

This is very personal for me. I have often felt like a victim of my personal challenges. I have felt like a victim of my Ascension experience and my Twin Flame situation, and all the emotional suffering that has ensued. I have blamed unconscious humans, my very soul and even God in the dark of night for my plight, despite being spiritually awake! I have clung to victim consciousness which has perpetuated my suffering well beyond my human experiences. In short, I have sabotaged myself.

My blame trapped me in my own darkness. I actually kept myself from harmony and love. But by letting go of blame, I am able to LOVE everyone and everything with all of my being. I am able to be who I really am—a Divine Human of total light. I am able to create a world of LOVE that helps to lift everyone and everything up. This means that I can actively Ascend to the new, fifth-dimensional earth paradigm.

It can be helpful to understand that any time we resist something, oppose someone or separate ourselves, we are suffering from victim consciousness. Any time we hold something up as different and put it outside of ourselves, we can easily become stuck in blame that traps us. We might even condemn or ridicule others and succumb to gossip, taking pleasure in another’s demise. All of this behavior is self-sabotaging, and it is being shown to us in sharp relief on a collective scale.

When we value one side over another, we are feeding into victim consciousness. When we complain about how horrible one political figure or party is, we are feeding into victim consciousness. And when we look to someone outside of ourselves as a savior who has come to rescue us, including one who is controversial, we are also feeding into that limiting consciousness. We are taking away our own power.

When we judge—both good and bad—we create a darkness of our own making. We become separated from the unity consciousness that is our birthright. It turns out that victim consciousness is the ultimate limitation, keeping us stuck in survival mode when we could have heaven-on-earth now.

Let us move into heaven-on-earth NOW where we are eternally free to LOVE all, accept all and allow everyone to flourish. See how this can be as easy as falling in love romantically! We suddenly find ourselves full of love, and nothing else matters! And see how this frees us from our very personal challenges. The energy that we used to put towards blame becomes available to create harmony and love.

Let us move back to our natural state of unity consciousness. Let us send our moving announcements for a higher way of being. It is time to get rid of our old limitations and hire our angelic movers! It is time to actively Ascend.

We Are Present Now

As the world breaks down and we acclimate to a higher way of living, it is most helpful to live in the present moment. This is what gets us through these times of clearing shadow so that we can increasingly embody unconditional love. And it turns out that being present is easy, something that I was reminded of recently. Here is how I experienced that precious reminder:

 

The Road Finally Taken

I am standing by the inviting woods, and I am stopping here for a moment of peace. I am stopping to feel the presence of this moment, and I am noticing the luminous beauty of the trees. Sunbeams are streaming through the forest. Rays of gold are rendering everything pristine. I am seeing things in breathtaking detail, and I am awed by this wooded scene. 

I am being shown the holy perfection of each trunk, each branch, and each golden-mean leaf. I am being shown the immaculate light that lives in all things—the light that dances through the woods and beckons me to join it. And I humbly accept—I am joining the dance of life! And I know that this invitation has always been here, waiting for me to open it. As I do, I feel soothed and understood. 

I am held. I am loved. I am known. All within this precious moment, and I keep diving in. I keep diving into the shimmering depths of this moment, and I find bliss waiting for me here—bliss that knows me like my own soul. Bliss that builds and radiates throughout my form. 

This is the tranquility that I have craved.

This is the innocence that I have missed.

I am full to the brim with blessed harmony, 

and I am reveling in it with all of my heart.

Bliss is pouring through my heart, reaching every edge of me. It is lingering here and touching my humanity with grace. I am feeling sublime. I am feeling serene. And yet, I am completely on fire with LOVE!

I am full of love—

love that changes our world as we have known it—

love that is right here in this moment.

I am surrendering to this love with everything that I have,

and I am feeling liberated with life-force. 

In this state, I am seeing the world clearly. I am seeing life entirely renewed. Crystalline beauty is shining before me, reaching out to wake me, calling to me in whispers I have known.

I am free. I am invincible. I am home. All within this precious moment, and I trust this moment with all of my soul. For here, there is no doubt and nothing to defend. Here, I don’t have to explain my intentions. I am trusted. I am safe. I belong.    

I am protected, yet need no protection, for I feel united with life once again. I am reunited with myself, with nature, and with the entire universe—I am flowing with all of us as one.

We are together at last,

and this moment is our sacred communion.

This moment is our glorious reunion

where life sings out loud with bright abandon,

and separation is a forgotten ghost.

This moment is our rescue. This is what we have pined for beneath the stars. We have suffered to remember this moment for eons, and now we are found. For now we know that bliss is right here and that it is EASY. Only suffering is hard.

Now, everything makes sense, and all is realized and reborn. Every effort fulfills its promise, and all past wounds are healed.

This moment, right now, is all that matters.

This is our reason for being,

our greatest purpose, and our only truth.

This present moment is who we really are

because we are LOVE once again.

We are LOVE in this moment wholly and completely, and this is all we need at this pivotal time on earth. This present moment is everything that humanity has ever wanted, for this is how we consciously Ascend.
