Live without Language; LOVE without Limitation

Take a moment with me right now, and sit with yourself without any distractions. Get into a peaceful state, in the present moment, and simply allow yourself to be, just as you are. As you slip into this peaceful state of being, let tranquility take over all of your senses. Enjoy feelings of serenity and let anything other melt away and evaporate.
Now, as you reside in this tranquil state, allow yourself to experience reality without forming words in your head. Take language out of your mind and don’t talk to yourself or catalogue what you experience. Allow yourself to see everything around you without defining what you behold so that all life simply exists before you. Notice how removing words expands your experience.
Notice how quickly reality takes on a fresh kind of innocence. You experience the life-force that lives in all things. You savor the sheer bliss of being alive. You feel liberated by this way of perceiving the world and perceiving yourself.
Living without language is profoundly expansive, for as you stop forming words, you stop forming thoughts in your head and nothing controls your experience. You get to sense things with a renewed perspective instead of defining them or shaping stories. And, almost immediately, loving awareness takes over along with exquisite feelings.
Without language, images simply bloom around you without being categorized. Everything is discovered anew without a past that haunts or a future that pigeonholes. Everything is allowed to live freely and to be beautiful in its own way, and life feels full of wonder. The world shines with dappled light and reveals itself reborn. All is perfect and sacred. All sings and swells with awe.
Words cannot begin to define life. Case in point, your name cannot represent who you really are, for you are an eternal being of spiritual LOVE, yet the word love itself is terribly limiting. How can you ever describe love’s infinite expansion—love that is the gossamer fabric of existence or the undying love that you feel for another person? Yet, you can allow yourself to be in a state of fluid LOVE without words—a state where you and all that is are one and the same and everything is a living miracle.
Have you ever tried to tell someone about a miraculous spiritual experience that you had? The task is nearly impossible. When you start to describe the indescribable, the experience begins to lose its magic. As soon as you start to define anything with words, it stops feeling wondrous.
Have you ever noticed that it can be blissful to just sit with people instead of filling the space with talking? Daily language seems to make most things mundane and stifles the natural flow of feelings. Words encourage you to narrow your experience, for as soon as you name something, it sits outside of you and feels separate. But notice how unified life feels without language.
Most of all, notice that you cannot form judgments if you don’t put words into your head. Taking language away helps you to heal internal discord, and this helps you to heal reality from the inside out. You are better able to release attachments and fears which frees you to evolve to a higher paradigm.
Of course, words can be beautiful too and can help you to focus on enlightening concepts. Words have been invaluable for communication and are the reason you can read this article! Yet, you also have the capability to be incredibly intuitive and to communicate telepathically with others. Taking words away strengthens these abilities.
Now, take this closing moment to think of a color that you love and let that color wash through you. Allow yourself to feel the bliss of your color as it expands and dances in your awareness, until the color loses its name entirely. Indeed, you cannot even remember what it is called! Let this color take on a life of its own—bold, brilliant and diaphanous all at once. Shimmering, crystalline and sublime. Let this color show you how to experience life from now on. Expand your unique self in all directions as you go forth in infinite expression—everblooming and ever-loving, painting all the colors of creation.
Ascension Is Now and Is Within, Not External and Happening Later

Human Ascension is not something that you wait for. Ascension, otherwise known as spiritual evolution, is not an external experience that happens to you by something outside of yourself. Rather, your evolution is an extremely personal and internal process that you initiate within your own human body. And, this personal process is something that you go through on your own terms in your own unique way. No one else can do this process for you because you are always in charge of your spiritual evolution.
Your evolution is both spiritual and physical. It is the unification of your physical human self with your spiritual Self on earth. You become a unified human being of ultimate harmony. This process is built-in, but again, you are the One who initiates it. You harmonize all of your energy bodies into One unified Light of higher consciousness, and you fully embody your higher-dimensional Self while in physical form.
Embracing your physical existence is key. You are not here to override, disavow or disempower your physical being, but rather, to unite the spiritual and physical within you. This is your personal Divine Plan, and this is the collective Divine Plan, and it all happens within each precious person. As you harmonize and unify your physical and spiritual energies, you come across remaining blockages that need to be healed (you have probably been healing many of these for years.). These blockages come from your human experiences of feeling separated from Beloved GodSource, and they encompass wounds, fears, limitations and misperceptions that have kept you fragmented. As you address these blockages, you integrate, harmonize, and unify your Beautiful Self. You remember that you are intrinsically connected to all life and that feeling separate was just a temporary illusion that afforded a different experience. You put yourself back together again, this time in this dense realm on earth, and you unite all of your discordant parts with joyful elation! You unify your being in sublime harmony and jaw-dropping wonderment, and you come back to GodSource within.
Your unification is a complete experience of self-realization. It is a process of compassionately owning all sides of your soul’s journeys and all of the duality, or both sides, of everything that you have ever experienced. You take full ownership and take full charge of your ability to either thrive or suffer in this realm, and you see that this is up to you—divine, perfect, and gorgeous you at this time. And, as you heal and unify your fragmented parts, your perspective on life changes dramatically. You perceive and experience the higher dimensions of heaven on earth, and you join with others doing this too, in unison. You get to consciously co-create our harmonious reality.
Again, this holy process is not something that you wait for, so do not let anything outside of yourself hold you back any longer. You can transform your body and your world from the inside out, right now, for you are a powerful divine being of sacred perfection who can actualize a higher paradigm on earth.
But what about your loved ones who may be asleep, who are deeply suffering? Everyone gets to live on their own terms and wake up spiritually in their own way, often through suffering, and you cannot take their process away from them. Yes, you can lovingly lead the way through your own process, but each person discovers their own divinity within themselves and gets to experience their sacred epiphanies that their soul has strived for, as well as their precious free will. Each person gets to remember for themselves that they are a sacred aspect of holy GodSource, looking out through their unique and essential perspective, and that they are here to discover themselves all over again. Each person gets to become awestruck and shake with glee at the immaculate wonder of life—as life, recognizing itself in the grand mirror of the eternal Divine.
As each One of us does this, we get to see the divine in everyone and everything, and we laugh out loud at how obviously perfect, unified and harmonious life really is. We see that by experiencing the full density of this realm and being able to merge that density with our higher aspects, we have truly alchemized ourselves into gold, and that everything is gold anyway, and always has been.
Healing Fear Instead of Letting Fear Control Me

I heal my fears by facing them. I experience something negative that triggers my fear, or I willingly think of something that makes me scared or anxious, and I feel that fear fully. I express whatever emotions the fear brings up for me to experience. I acknowledge everything that I am feeling and face it head on instead of ignoring it. I do this with gratitude for the opportunity or situation I am experiencing that is allowing me to heal my fear.
It’s important to note here that gratitude for negative feelings is key as it dissolves negativity and loosens its control. When I am grateful for something negative, I take away its power to hurt me. I am able to accept this negative experience and then look for the lesson that this experience is teaching me. This is what I become truly grateful for. This process allows me to integrate everything that I go through into a unified experience, as opposed to a selective one that hides certain experiences in the shadows. Hiding things in the shadows allows them to continue to sabotage me at any given moment.
I also understand that behind my fears I have negative beliefs about the world. These beliefs can be held in my subconscious, and I may not even be aware of them—that is until something bad happens. The lessons behind my fears help me to shift those negative beliefs and replace them with positive and loving beliefs about the world. It’s important to understand here that we each create our own world. We often do this unconsciously—through fearful beliefs that we hold in our subconscious. So, the goal is to create my world consciously with positive beliefs and to eliminate the negative beliefs that are sabotaging me. But, I don’t just eliminate those beliefs—I heal them which allows me to integrate them. I join all of my experiences in unity instead of shunning any of them which, again, only pushes them back into the shadows to come out and sabotage me all over again.
I have found that a lot of my fears stem from childhood wounds, as they do for all of us, and I have been actively clearing those. I have also been called to clear my fears from many of my past lives, and this has truly taken my healing to a new level. For example, I faced a deep fear of the injustice of being innocent yet, nevertheless, being interrogated like a criminal by authority. This fear stems from many past lives where I was persecuted. This fear has come to the surface this week for me to heal and by tackling it with the above method, I have been able to unearth so many revelations around this issue. I have plunged into the darkest depths of being persecuted and punished to death, and by finally feeling the emotions around these experiences—so deep and terrifying but effective—I have gone into the fire and come out the other side with so much awareness and wisdom that it is stupefying! I have faced my fears and cleared them from my being, and this will improve the way that I live forever. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity.
I now no longer believe that authority can have power over me and persecute me, and punish me to death. I am free, safe and protected, and justice prevails in my world (while understanding that justice may not prevail for those who believe otherwise—for now.) I am eternal and immortal, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are all shifting this human experience to one of bliss as originally intended. I have now cleared fearful beliefs that were controlling me and holding me back in life, and I have done so through healing and integration, rather than through denial by hiding the old belief from myself.
I am so grateful to be healing with you. We are here to heal the experience of duality and integrate all of our many hard earned lessons into powerful new beliefs that catapult us into a whole new realm of heaven-on-earth. Stay tuned for more on that!

I live for romantic beauty. I am most myself when sensing the exquisite gorgeousness of romantic beauty on this earth. And while earth Ascension is my primary purpose, bringing more romantic beauty into this world takes a close second, something I am being reminded of daily. On November 18th, a simple but powerful exercise that combines both missions came to me from my soul. I share it with you now as a gift:
Romantic Foundation~Union Within Yourself
In order to unite with others, first you unite with yourself. In order to heal the separation, pain, and longing that you feel with others, first you heal these fractures within your own human being. This is where romantic beauty enters the scene, through the following visualization:
Imagine that all the romance you have ever craved lives within you. Understand that you are your own Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine who have been separated for eons. You can now bring these aspects of yourself together in permanent union.
Take a moment to imagine what your ultimate Divine Feminine looks like. She is gorgeous beyond words! Picture her beauty, her grace and her creative talents. Understand that she is not limited by human parameters and has many powerful, otherworldly and nurturing qualities. Visualize her perfection and the delicate specifics of her living form. Now, understand that this gorgeous Divine Feminine is you. From this awareness, feel her presence within you. Take some time to connect with this ultimate aspect of you and dream upon your beautiful details.
Now, take a moment to imagine your ultimate Divine Masculine. He is gorgeous beyond words! Picture his handsome beauty, his strength and his talents. Understand that he is not limited by human parameters and has many powerful and otherworldly protection qualities. Visualize his perfection and the specifics of his living form. Now, understand that this gorgeous Divine Masculine is you, and feel his presence within you. Take some time to connect with this ultimate aspect of you and dream upon your handsome details.
Next, picture your Divine Feminine aspect and Divine Masculine aspect falling in love with each other. Feel the longing that they hold for one another to live out their aching love story, and allow them to meet in ultimate romance. Let them recognize each other at last and embrace with such tenderness and care. Let them kiss each other in rapture and weep with recognition of this Divine Union that was predestined and is now secure. Let them make a sacred vow to take care of each other always—to nurture and protect one another, and to never be apart again. Then keep this internal vow with all your heart and soul.
Now, allow this unconditional and infinite love of your unified aspects to create a child. This child is your “inner child” of Divine beauty and innocence. This child is the daughter and the son that you have dreamed of in your heart. This child is yours to parent and protect, and lives as innocence upon this earth. And this child is actually you—your human self incarnate in this life, who is now Ascending. You complete your own Holy Trinity come to life, and you now treat yourself as your own precious child from this day forward.
Envision your personal trinity with such devotion. Imagine the three of you sitting with your Beloved GodSource—your Divine Mother/Father Creator/ONE, and feel that you are being honored as so very sacred. You are together at last, never to be separated or neglected again. Go forth to treat yourself as sacred from now on. Go forth knowing that everything that you seek has always been within you, not outside of you, and is now fulfilled in holy union. You are reborn, rock solid with the LOVE that you have always dreamed of and can now interact with others in a “whole” new way in our Divine Human paradigm. Romantic partnerships now become blissfully harmonious and heavenly. And by uniting within, you are able to unite with everyone in our most profound Ascension.

Come Back to Sacred Source

You are a sacred spark of GodSource, and you are here on earth to experience the dense details of creation. As such, it can be easy to forget the big picture. It can be easy to forget Source and the infinite LOVE and belonging that you come from, and to get lost in the details of self. This disconnection is where all suffering originates.
All of the suffering we humans have ever known began with forgetting Source. This was carried out to the extreme. At some point in the long history of humanity, some of us got so lost in the details of density and felt so cut off from our eternally loving Source that we tried to go it alone. We thought that we could know it all and control our world—and others, but we had forgotten our spirituality. From then on, humanity was taken advantage of, atrociously so.
For millennia, we were diminished so that we could be used. And so, we were systematically conditioned to believe in survival and materialism instead of spirituality and unconditional love. We were taught to put anything and everything at the center of our universe, except LOVING Source! No wonder things went awry. Service-to-self reigned, as did blind service to those who would use us. Injustice and violence prevailed, and corruption in all of its forms, including religious conditioning, took over our beautiful planet.
That is until now. We are here to overcome what we have been through. How? By getting back to Source instead of serving corrupt agendas. So many brave LightLeaders are helping us do this, but even we can get lost in the seriousness of self. Yet, please understand that each of us has a return ticket to Source that is always available. The invitation is always waiting for us to reignite our inherent connection to Source LOVE and to each other, and to commune with the sacred in all things. This brings the most comforting feeling that solves all of our problems. This ends our scary paradigm of little selves serving themselves in total separation from the Divine.
Right now, a lot of humans are going through very personal and collective experiences that can make us feel like all is lost. I believe that we are going through this humbling process so that we can handle the responsibility of the New Earth. You see, we cannot handle the responsibility of the New Earth until we stop serving the self, otherwise the New Earth will become the old one lickity-split. But, when we let Source LOVE in, we can finally work together as one and serve all, and lift this entire world up.
That is why we have so little power until we stop feeding our egos. That said, I have so much compassion as to why we feed our egos. I understand that each of us is doing our best to cope with the trauma that we experience as human beings. Indeed, we are so courageous to be here, and our primary coping mechanism is the ego, but each ego thinks that its agenda is more important than all of creation—including Source! And so, our egos feel wounded until we remember that we are already whole. Our egos feel cast out until we remember that we already belong. Our egos feel misunderstood until we remember that Source knows us better than anyone could, and so does everyone else when we reunite with them. We humans get knocked down again and again until we stop putting ourselves first and rejoin with ALL THAT IS—until we let Source in and run back home to LOVE.
When we give up the fight for self, we realize that we are everything that we seek and we have the entire universe on our side. We don’t have to prove a thing, but rather, just be who we really are—united beings of exquisite LOVE. When we remember this, all is miraculously found.
Please know, beloved soul, that you are a precious child of Source, and you are forever worthy of Source LOVE. You are an essential and eternal part of our family, and you are cherished beyond words. You are never alone, and Source has been patiently waiting for you to remember this and find your way back home.
If you haven’t already done so, make Source the center of your world again, and let yourself come alive! Let Source be your internal Lighthouse, and go back home all the time. Carry this LOVE around with you and let it build heaven-on-earth. Get back to the loving paradigm that you come from and bring that paradigm here.
Come back to sacred communion. Come back to the holy and sublime. Revel in poetic beauty—celebrate gorgeous life! Return to Source with all your heart, and remember what we have learned—unifying LOVE is the easiest thing. Only separation is hard.
Why High Vibration Is Crucial

Keeping your vibration high is crucial right now. What do I mean by high vibration? Residing in a higher dimensional state of unity and unconditional love. Why exactly is this crucial? When you reside in a higher vibration, you help all of us to shift our entire human paradigm to one of total love. What’s more, when you embody unifying love, you are able to live through these tumultuous Ascension times more gracefully. Your personal experience becomes far more positive and uplifted. You go with the flow in a peaceful state, and you stay above evolutionary stress.
But something very interesting also becomes clear: when you keep your vibration high, you remain far above all the dark density so that it can no longer reach you. You become untouchable, out of reach from human corruption. The corrupt matrix and all of its negative programming simply cannot get to you. You are above it, residing in your own higher world of bliss.
More specifically, when you keep your vibration high, you cannot be harmed by dark entities because they simply cannot exist at your level. You see, any aspect of dark density cannot Ascend to the fifth dimension. The darkness is stuck where it is in lower density and cannot rise above like you. This honestly makes me feel the highest compassion for the darkness. I emphasize here the importance of feeling compassion instead of empathy. Empathy can lower my vibration to those I empathize with, but the highest detached compassion from the perspective of GodSource lifts things up. When I feel compassion, this helps to raise my vibration yet higher.
Right now, the desperate dark is crumbling into chaos and desperation. We can have detached compassion for this and go even higher. We can accept all and remain peaceful, far above the turmoil of a dying reality. It’s been said many times, everything is coming out now that has been hidden and needs to heal. Don’t let the process drag you down. Use it instead to catapult yourself into higher and higher vibrations. Create your own, gorgeous reality in a lighter untouchable dimension.
This means embracing unity with all of your heart, which means not participating in polarization. You don’t have to buy into the programming that pits us against each other. You don’t have to take sides because you know that we’re all on the same side anyway—because we are all ONE! Infighting is something that the crumbling matrix has always incited, and you don’t have to fight with yourself any more. You don’t have to feed the density, but rather, you can add to the light on our planet that is expanding every day.
But how do I remain high vibrational when I am human and have to live out my life? I have already been through so much! Discipline, forgiveness and perseverance. Discipline yourself to not fall into woe-is-me victim programming. This programming was designed to keep your vibration low. Remember, you want to be here on planet earth for this momentous dimensional shift and you want to raise your vibration. You want to cease participating in emotional suffering because you have suffered enough. It is time to lead upwards.
I say it all the time, Ascension is very personal. Anything that you experience in your reality that is discordant, stressful or worse is available for you to heal and is asking for your forgiveness. This can mean looking into the mirror with loving acceptance or it can simply mean embracing all that you see with total benevolence. If you can understand that your reality is really yours, this means that you can actually do something about it! You can heal your world powerfully right now at this very moment. Just look everything in the face and forgive it from the highest place that you can. Then feel how obvious unity becomes.
Here are some additional ways to keep your vibration high:
Tap into your sense of humor. Observe the chaos that you see around you like a movie that isn’t real. Laugh at how absurd the movie illusion has become. Let humor help you to be in the world but not of it.
Think of a memory that you love and go there all over again. Stay in this precious memory until you feel uplifted. Fantasize about what you want to experience in a higher paradigm.
Visualize pure, crystalline light coming from the center of your being. Expand this light until it surrounds you and your whole world.
Meditate on unity, all-accepting LOVE and bliss. Feel, believe, and see.
Most importantly, when you feel overwhelmed with stress and are freaking out, stop and don’t feed into chaos. Stop running around, exhausting yourself with worry. Let go and give your stress up to GodSource. Drop everything and take care of yourself. Nothing is more important than taking care of yourself because your well-being reflects all of ours, so do something light and fun just for yourself until you feel lighter. Just when you think all is lost, you will be found entirely anew.
Keep carrying on, brave soul! We’re all in this together and you are leading us above the darkness so beautifully, even if it has been hard as hell. You are raising the collective vibration with each step that you take on the crystalline staircase to heaven-on-earth.

Choose Your Higher Reality

The Ascension process right now is feeling very much like an initiation. We are being asked to choose a higher, heart-based reality at every moment even when we feel baited to go low and defend ourselves. The bait is tricky and sticky. It tries to pull us into fear when we are most vulnerable and exhausted, often through the media and social programming, as well as through our closest relationships. But we are pushed to go high because only this can end the suffering that we feel in lower energy. Thus, we become masters in choosing a higher reality.
The trickiest part of this initiation is that it is easy to judge and blame the lower reality and people who try to pull us into it. But judgment and blame are the very hallmarks of the lower reality, so by feeling wounded we actually feed into all we are working so hard to transcend. This conundrum is happening right now on a personal level and also on a collective scale. But believe it or not, those we blame are actually helping us to become masters of our reality! It’s true, though quite brutal in process. They are pushing us to go high instead of low.
Being aware of this is incredibly helpful, as is understanding how the lower reality operates. It tries to suck us in in very personal ways, sabotaging us emotionally. For example, you might suddenly feel resentful about everything you’ve had to go through in your life that has been so painful. You might suddenly feel like a victim. You might feel that you must put all of your energy towards survival. The lower reality tries to keep you down with constant worry about the future and fears over current events which can feel understandably alarming at present. One of the most common signatures of the lower reality is feeling that you are trapped in your life. This feeling leads you to stay stuck in lower programming so that you support a lower human experience.
The solution is to go high and have faith. You have to realize that you are actually completely free. You are a being of infinite love who is here on earth to anchor a higher, immensely loving reality. So go high and don’t take the bait! Don’t take things personally and don’t go into ego. Go into your heart instead and feel the immaculate peace that is always yours. This peace is your true identity—don’t let anything take it away from you! Your whole life has been leading you back to your perfect paradigm.
Right now, there is so much fear programming running rampant that you can easily feel bombarded with lower energy, often unknowingly. Use the meditation at the end of this post to re-center yourself throughout your day. The truth is that lower experiences are becoming increasingly unbearable, but this is actually pushing you to choose higher at every opportunity. This means letting the past be, letting your wounding go, and leaving your sad story of suffering behind—even if it happened yesterday—even if it happened via a precious loved one! This is the toughest stuff but that is why it is called mastery. You have to drop all lower thoughts, behavior and justifications and leap forward into the higher realms—and not wait to feel justified in doing so. You have to lead with blind faith and accept all with unconditional love. That is what frees you from lower energy. And when you lead into the higher reality, others tend to meet you there as well. And if they don’t, you can just let them go with love. You will see them again because we are all one after all.
We are all one and we are here to shift our reality. What helps profoundly is gratitude. Just turn your critical eye into a grateful one. Think of all that you are grateful for instead of criticizing what seems wrong—a never-ending contest! Have compassion for those who bait you and understand that they are human too, just like you, and they have played their spiritual roles perfectly.
Believe that the lower reality doesn’t have any power over you and it won’t! You don’t have to react negatively to anything any more. You came here to heal all by loving all unconditionally. Most of all, forgive yourself when you have to start again. You came here to be human in order to do this job.
Create your own higher reality, whatever that means for you. Live from the highest place that feels light and invincible, crystalline and pure, and utterly free of worry. This feeling can be yours at this very moment. You can choose heaven and joy, bliss and peace, and all the innocence you have dearly missed. You can come home to yourself right now in each present moment. All you have to do is decide to.
Just feel the elation that is getting increasingly palpable on planet earth and allow this to shift you back into your heart. See the New Earth that is unfolding before your eyes and rejoice in its wonder like a child. There is nothing to prove. There is no need to survive any more. You are held in the arms of love at every moment if you decide this. You are infinitely loved, and your wounds will all make sense in the higher realms. Your greatest challenges have been teaching you to choose your reality. They have been teaching you unconditional LOVE.
This mastery initiation is part of the bi-polar Ascension dance that we are going through on our blessed earth. The human experience is getting increasingly polarized because the tension this creates is powerful enough to lift our earth to a higher paradigm. There is no need to judge this polarization. Like everything, it serves magnificent purpose. There is no need to judge anything again whatsoever. All we have to do is let go of all that and consciously choose LOVE.
A Simple Light Meditation
Get into your most comfortable meditation state. From this state of peace and stillness, start to picture crystalline pure light in the center of your body. Imagine clear powerful light emanating from your very center. This light exudes gorgeous opalescent and rainbow qualities. It is completely immaculate and free, without attachment or limits. This light is pure SOURCE light. Feel the purity and innocence of this light in your center. Feel its loving all-acceptance and the clarity it brings within, without words. Let this light, which is you, grow and glow with bliss until you shine through and through. Feel your light expand from your inside out, radiating all around you. Your light now extends into your life and creates harmonious experiences. Live from this light and re-center yourself to it as often as you need.
Reality is created from inside of you.
