Why High Vibration Is Crucial

Keeping your vibration high is crucial right now. What do I mean by high vibration? Residing in a higher dimensional state of unity and unconditional love. And why exactly is this crucial? When you reside in a higher vibration, you help all of us to shift our entire human paradigm to one of total love. What’s more, when you embody unifying love, you’re able to live through these tumultuous Ascension times more gracefully. Your personal experience becomes far more positive and uplifted. You go with the flow in a peaceful state, and you stay above evolutionary stress.  

But something very interesting also becomes clear:  when you keep your vibration high, you remain far above all the dark density so that it can no longer touch you. You become untouchable, out of reach from human corruption. The corrupt matrix and all of its negative programming simply cannot get to you. You are above it, residing in your own higher world of bliss. 

More specifically, when you keep your vibration high, you cannot be harmed by dark entities because they simply cannot reside at your level. You see, any aspect of dark density cannot Ascend to the fifth dimension. The darkness is stuck where it is in lower density and cannot rise above like you. This honestly makes me feel the highest compassion for the darkness. I emphasize here the importance of feeling compassion instead of empathy. Empathy can lower my vibration to those I empathize with, but the highest, detached compassion from the perspective of GodSource lifts things up. When I feel compassion, this helps to raise my vibration yet higher. 

Right now, the world that the dark density has known is crumbling into chaos and desperation. We can have detached compassion for this and go even higher. We can accept all and remain peaceful, far above the chaos of a dying reality. It’s been said many times, everything is coming out now that has been hidden and needs to heal. Don’t let the process drag you down. Use it instead to catapult yourself into higher and higher vibrations. Create your own, gorgeous reality in a lighter, untouchable dimension. 

This means embracing unity with all of your heart, which means not participating in polarization. You don’t have to buy into the programming that pits us against each other. You don’t have to take sides because you know that we’re all on the same side anyway—because we are all one!  Infighting is something that the crumbling matrix has always incited, and you don’t have to fight with yourself any more. You don’t have to feed the density, but rather, you can add to the light on our planet that is expanding every day. 

But how do I remain high vibrational when I am human and have to live out my life after I have already been through so much? Discipline, forgiveness, and perseverance. Discipline yourself to not fall into woe-is-me victim programming. This programming was designed to keep your vibration low. Remember, you want to be here on planet earth for this momentous dimensional shift and you want to raise your vibration. You want to cease participating in emotional suffering because you have suffered enough. It is time to lead upwards. 

I say it all the time, Ascension is very personal. Anything that you experience in your reality that is discordant, stressful, or worse is available for you to heal and is asking for your forgiveness. This can mean looking into the mirror with loving acceptance or it can simply mean embracing all that you see with total benevolence. If you can understand that your reality is really yours, this means that you can actually do something about it! You can heal your world powerfully right now at this very moment. Just look everything in the face and forgive it from the highest place that you can. Then feel how obvious unity becomes.

Here are some additional ways to keep your vibration high: 

Tap into your sense of humor. Observe the chaos that you see around you like a movie that isn’t real. Laugh at how absurd the movie illusion has become. Laugh it all off. Let humor help you to be in the world but not of it.  

Think of a memory that you love and go there all over again. Stay in this precious memory until you feel uplifted. 

Visualize pure, crystalline light coming from the center of your being. Expand this light until it surrounds you and your whole world. 

Meditate on unity, all-accepting love and bliss. Feel, believe, and see. 

Most importantly, when you feel overwhelmed with stress and are freaking out, stop and don’t feed into the chaos. Stop running around, exhausting yourself with worry. Let go and give your stress up to GodSource. Drop everything and take care of yourself. Nothing is more important than taking care of yourself because your well-being reflects all of ours, so let all of your stress go and do something light and fun just for yourself until you feel lighter. Just when you think all is lost, all will be found entirely anew. 

Keep carrying on, brave soul! We’re all in this together and you are leading us above the darkness so beautifully, even if it has been hard as hell. You are raising the collective vibration with each step that you take on the crystalline staircase to heaven-on-earth.

I am with you as we rapidly evolve into human beings of total LOVE on this planet. All that we dream about and more will unfold in the blink of an eye, as fast as it takes to fall in love. Yes, the human story is the greatest love story of all time. It is not a cosmic, tragic joke as the illusion of fear would have us believe. All is not lost, despite appearances. Indeed, all is gloriously reborn in rainbows and the dazzling colors of home that we have dearly missed.

The human tale of ultimate separation and longing is coming to beauteous fruition. We are readying for one penultimate family reunion! This has meant that our old world had to break down because you cannot build on top of corruption. You have to bulldoze the entire limiting paradigm of lack and realize our natural, infinite abundance. Solutions will never be found by thinking 3D thoughts. We have to start over with open hearts. We have to create anew with LOVE and with our right brains. We have to finally listen to the Divine Feminine who had been silenced.

The breakdown process has humbled our human egos so that we can serve all instead of just ourselves. This has been paramount because we are getting increasingly, spiritually powerful in human form. And now together, we are taking wing and leaping into Heaven-on-Earth! We are like frogs in one giant pot of boiling water, swimming in ancient trauma, and love lets us process this trauma. More specifically, self-compassion lets us leap to a higher paradigm. Self-unconditional-love gives us wings to feel love for all and unite. We are transformed into doves of peace as we fly safely into Eden. Yes, Eden is absolutely real, and my Twin Flame and I are experiencing it more and more every day.

Oh, believe in Eden with all of your heart! Feel it, see it, live it, for this Eden is your destiny. It is waiting patiently for you to give over to LOVE and land safely on its shores. So give love instead of withdrawing in pain. Radiate your blessed gifts outward and be so good to your beautiful being. Do what you need to do to get through this epic birth with GRACE, if you can. Remember, births are messy, and you are cherished just as you are always.

We Are Present Now

As the world breaks down and we acclimate to a higher way of living, it is most helpful to live in the present moment. This is what gets us through these times of clearing shadow so that we can increasingly embody unconditional love. And it turns out that being present is easy, something that I was reminded of recently. Here is how I experienced that precious reminder:

 

The Road Finally Taken

I am standing by the inviting woods, and I am stopping here for a moment of peace. I am stopping to feel the presence of this moment, and I am noticing the luminous beauty of the trees. Sunbeams are streaming through the forest. Rays of gold are rendering everything pristine. I am seeing things in breathtaking detail, and I am awed by this wooded scene. 

I am being shown the holy perfection of each trunk, each branch, and each golden-mean leaf. I am being shown the immaculate light that lives in all things—the light that dances through the woods and beckons me to join it. And I humbly accept—I am joining the dance of life! And I know that this invitation has always been here, waiting for me to open it. As I do, I feel soothed and understood. 

I am held. I am loved. I am known. All within this precious moment, and I keep diving in. I keep diving into the shimmering depths of this moment, and I find bliss waiting for me here—bliss that knows me like my own soul. Bliss that builds and radiates throughout my form. 

This is the tranquility that I have craved.

This is the innocence that I have missed.

I am full to the brim with blessed harmony, 

and I am reveling in it with all of my heart.

Bliss is pouring through my heart, reaching every edge of me. It is lingering here and touching my humanity with grace. I am feeling sublime. I am feeling serene. And yet, I am completely on fire with LOVE!

I am full of love—

love that changes our world as we have known it—

love that is right here in this moment.

I am surrendering to this love with everything that I have,

and I am feeling liberated with life-force. 

In this state, I am seeing the world clearly. I am seeing life entirely renewed. Crystalline beauty is shining before me, reaching out to wake me, calling to me in whispers I have known.

I am free. I am invincible. I am home. All within this precious moment, and I trust this moment with all of my soul. For here, there is no doubt and nothing to defend. Here, I don’t have to explain my intentions. I am trusted. I am safe. I belong.    

I am protected, yet need no protection, for I feel united with life once again. I am reunited with myself, with nature, and with the entire universe—I am flowing with all of us as one.

We are together at last,

and this moment is our sacred communion.

This moment is our glorious reunion

where life sings out loud with bright abandon,

and separation is a forgotten ghost.

This moment is our rescue. This is what we have pined for beneath the stars. We have suffered to remember this moment for eons, and now we are found. For now we know that bliss is right here and that it is EASY. Only suffering is hard.

Now, everything makes sense, and all is realized and reborn. Every effort fulfills its promise, and all past wounds are healed.

This moment, right now, is all that matters.

This is our reason for being,

our greatest purpose, and our only truth.

This present moment is who we really are

because we are LOVE once again.

We are LOVE in this moment wholly and completely, and this is all we need at this pivotal time on earth. This present moment is everything that humanity has ever wanted, for this is how we consciously Ascend.

Do You Fear Being Unloved?

Are you afraid that you might not be fully loved and accepted in your life? Ask yourself this question, and be brutally honest. Go deep inside and ask if you fear that you won’t be fully accepted unless you do this or that to prove you are completely worthy. Do you feel that you can do anything with your life that you want and you will be totally loved, no matter what?

Is the fear there?

Can you feel it?

I know.

I feel it too.

Indeed, it is inevitable that when you discover the wider spiritual reality, you start to unearth this core fear of being unloved. It manifests as deep, emotional pain that cries out to be healed. In fact, this pain is something that we all carry inside as human beings—because we have been conditioned to.

We have been trained to fear not being loved. Yet shockingly, this fear contradicts the actual truth—that we are so incredibly loved as spiritual beings beyond this temporary human experience. It’s true. You are unconditionally cherished in the universe, no matter what, and you always will be.

Your human experience simply separates you from this truth. It separates you from love. But I am here to help you return to it. In fact, I have poured my heart into a book to remind you just how loved you really are, and that you never have to fear otherwise again. And what does knowing this do? It helps to heal the deep, emotional pain that you carry.

In essence, your spiritual journey is simply the process of freeing yourself from the fear of not being loved. This profound process leads to full personal transformation. What’s more, it helps all of humanity to evolve back to love.

And that’s what we’re doing right now. Humanity is evolving back to love—rapidly and radically, and you are an essential part of this evolution. You are here to shift our world to one of total love. You are here to change the human experience forever. And it starts by knowing that you are emphatically and unconditionally loved.

Ascension Guidance

At this moment, humanity is undergoing a dramatic Ascension process. Our world is changing rapidly, as is how we experience life. Our awareness is expanding, and we are beginning to feel how infinite reality is. We are remembering how multi-dimensional, powerful, and limitless we truly are, and how free and loving our souls want us to be.

If you are on an accelerated path, then you are currently feeling this in a very personal way. You are also harnessing your purpose to create our New Earth and to assist others through these times. If you’re on a slower course, it helps tremendously to be open minded and to follow your heart. Here are some tips to help all of us.

Ascension Guidance:

  • Whenever you feel fear or limitation, put your hand on your heart and feel your fear subside. This is your secret weapon to take you through these changing times. Hidden fears are coming out now to be released, as is pain. Face these limitations with love. Feel them, and let them go. You no longer have to house them in your beautiful being.
  • Get as spiritual as you can on your unique, exquisite journey. Ask to safely accelerate your growth. The more spiritually aware you become, the more empowered you will be. Your personal guidance is invaluable. Look within instead of outside.
  • Stay calm in chaotic episodes and stressful situations. They will pass quickly. Don’t let them upset you in the moment. Practice non-reactivity and maintain peace. You will be so grateful that you didn’t hook into unnecessary drama.
  • Meditate daily, just as you would prioritize showering, eating, and sleeping. Breathe openly with zero restriction. Visualize that you are pulling the light of your higher consciousness into your human body. Feel this tremendous light inundate your being, from the inside out. Anchor it into your daily experience.  You are a lighthouse, here to help many and share your incredible gifts.
  • Protect yourself. Sensitive people like ourselves are inclined to empathize with others and match their energy. No matter how negative it is! We shine so brightly and leave ourselves wide open, but others may siphon our light. Here’s a beautiful tip I just received (on the same day!) from two friends. Protect yourself by visualizing a loving mirror of peace around you. The mirror reflects negativity back to its “owner.” You can also ask for protection from your personal Guides and Angels on a daily basis. Ask for specific help that you need in your life. You will be amazed by what you receive.
  • Experience the NOW as much as possible. This is where love resides and where you are most creatively powerful. Live from this place whenever you can. How exactly? Relax into the present moment. It is not a struggle. Just allow yourself to feel the now effortlessly. Go into presence and feel the peace of joy. Nothing else matters. You are love incarnate.
  • Embody LOVE as much as you can. This is your top priority. Leave old human squabbles and drama by the wayside – no matter how much you’ve been through. Repeating your painful stories keeps you stuck. Focus on compassionate love instead. Feel it’s power, benevolence, and joy. Become an active light of love in our world.

Nature, Exercise, and Nutrition: Spend time in nature as much as possible. You will be surrounded by invaluable support. Walk or exercise daily to circulate your energy, clear your mind, and receive an open channel of guidance. A pure diet of enjoyable, organic foods will do wonders for your spiritual clarity and health. Take great pleasure in healthy vegetables, seeds, and nuts that give you more energy. Drink the purest water you can get your hands on. Reverse osmosis is best as it removes fluoride (which stifles your awareness.) If you eat meat or dairy, thank the animals involved in this gift of life. It’s all about bringing higher consciousness into your day and creating an elevated experience.

And it goes without saying, don’t watch the news, where fear, control, and ego dominate.

Hiding in Plain Sight

Recently, I’ve been hearing the words “hiding in plain sight” a lot. Synchronicity makes a human notice. Why am I being shown this concept? Because hiding in plain sight is exactly what awakened people are doing right now.

At this moment, those who are spiritually aware are strategically placed across the globe. There are a lot of us now, and we are living amongst the sleeping population. We are in prime position to help the wider world. You are one of these people. Hiding in plain sight.

And you are here to help humanity remember love. Not conditional, eye-for-an-eye love, but total, unconditional all-accepting grace. This is real love – the kind that requires no payment in return or loss of freedom. It does not need to be earned or deserved, or measured out. Because this love is infinite, and it is already yours. It is who you’ve always been.

But like most of us, you probably became accustomed to conditional relationships. You got used to having to restrict your true desires, little by little, in order to be loved. You bought into the rules of control – of fear and limitation. This unknowingly suffocates every beautiful soul. We all deserve so much more.

And we are realizing this at last. Right now, so many of us are waking up to spiritual love. We are shedding the conditioning that authority taught us, and we are ready to help others do this too. We want everyone to know that life doesn’t have to be about suffering – about payback and having to look good enough. Life was always meant to be free. And love is the bliss we already contain.

We want all people to remember this, and we are poised to fulfill a mission that began so long ago – to free humanity and our earth from eons of negativity. That is why we are scattered around the world to remind them.

We can be found in every culture and every town, and in every age group. Each family has at least one of us in their midst. Often a non-conformist who feels misunderstood. This person is directly tied to every relative and is helping each family member behind the scenes. Every work-place has a few of us too, as does every communal hub. It is the same in all corners of the planet, in every neighborhood and land. We are absolutely everywhere, working patiently and aware.

We have infiltrated the masses, ready to assist as needed. And every day, more and more humans join us as they awaken to the truth. The plan is genius, and our souls have orchestrated it perfectly.

Others might not notice our efforts. They might even treat us like fools. But looking foolish has its advantages. Indeed, it is a clever gift in disguise. If we aren’t taken seriously then we get to help unimpeded. You see, while the sleeping are busy discounting us, they remain distracted and won’t thwart our efforts. It turns out that being misunderstood is the best cloak for freeing this conditioned world.

Of course, hiding in plain sight is not easy for sensitive souls. But we have spent lifetimes preparing – probably millennia for many of us. Now, our preparations are done, the mission is at hand, and it is absolutely assured. It is our time to shine.

Now is your time. Can you feel your soul guiding your every move? And with your soul in charge, anything is possible. You have a power so benevolent and strong that you can change this reality into unconditional love. You can bring heaven to our beloved earth.

Yes, you are the bridge between heaven and earth. This is your sacred job. The truth is that you are a master rediscovering yourself, fulfilling your greatest dreams. And you are exactly where you need to be at exactly the right time. You are carrying your assignment out perfectly because you are hiding in plain sight.

If you don’t already know it, dear soul, you are so incredibly loved in our universe. And you are never alone in your life. Indeed, you are surrounded by spiritual support at every moment. And you are so brave to be here on earth!

Now that humanity is waking up, we want to thank you for raising consciousness. Thank you for remembering that LOVE is who you are. Because every day that you walk this truth, you shine and help our world.

Yes, just by being here and holding love, you deeply guide us all. And by purging any lack within yourself, you get to shine yet more and more!

Now we know how difficult purging can be. It is messy and painful to heal your wounds. But hear us when we say that your wildest dreams await! And it turns out that through the long, dark night, they are just on the other side.

Can you feel this beloved friend? Can you sense the bliss that is stirring to life?

Yes, your dreams are coming true as we speak. All the joy you long for is here. Your purpose is coming to fruition – at last! And with it, you are helping humanity.

Your talents help us immensely, so shine in them and never look back! These are unprecedented times of infinite possibility, and what you can accomplish is limitless.

Thank you for embracing change because this harnesses how you help. Thank you for contributing in your unique way that no one can replace. For you are a light unto this world, even if others don’t tell you this. The truth is that you are a spiritual Master and a leader in your own right. It turns out that you are so very powerful, and we have been waiting for you.

Although you may have felt misunderstood in the past, now is your time to shine brighter than your dreams! And you are not alone. You are joined by so many who remember too.

Right now, more and more of us are remembering LOVE, and we are positively lighting up the globe. We are illuminating every corner of the earth and raising consciousness. Can you picture the grid of light that we create? Can you imagine how bright it is? Because we can be found in every family on this planet and every place of work. We are in every community in the world, and we are bridging this globe with light!

What a spiritual network we have made, and what purpose this profoundly serves. It is amazing what joining forces does. It helps humanity when needed most. It lifts us up with love and takes us to the stars!

This is what you are doing, dear friend, and it is appreciated more than you know. Thank you for being an essential part of our movement. Thank you for being a lighthouse for our world. But most of all, thank you for forging ahead so earnestly as amazing, trail-blazing you.

Human conditioning runs deep, and you are here to liberate yourself from it. You are here to free yourself from everything that limits you. When you do, you flourish in your life more freely than you’ve ever experienced. Not only this, but you help our changing world.

Life is changing dramatically, and it’s time for all of us to change with it. It is time to become conscious and stop doing as we’re told. We must wake up from the incessant fear broadcast by the media and the nonsense rules that keep us bound – all the ways that this world scares us into keeping our heads down.

It is 2015, and we can’t keep shuffling along. The rat race just won’t do any longer, nor the incessant drains on our time. Keeping up with the Joneses has lost it’s appeal for a reason. We must leave the old ways behind and embrace the infinite unknown.

What exactly does this mean for you? You are being asked to find your inner light and shine so brightly that you touch the stars! Because there is a light in you – a brilliant, eternal light, and it shines when you remember that you are SO MUCH MORE than part of the suffering game – the competition and frustration that have plagued the human experience. Do you think life is supposed to be this hard? It isn’t. Your soul is trying to tell you that joy is its only language.

And every time that one of us awakens to this truth – to our true spiritual nature, we help to end the programming that’s kept all of us asleep. Each internal shift adds to the external one. It lifts humanity out of unconsciousness.

Things are not business as usual any more, and it is time to roll up our sleeves. We must stop supporting the systems and behaviors that have kept us stuck. Here is a simple practice that can help.

Throughout your day, ask yourself with every thought and action that you make, “Does this help humanity and our beautiful earth?” If the answer is no, then recognize this and stop. If the answer is yes, then proceed with passion unbridled!

Purpose is everything. It will guide you to sweet liberation and show you who you really are. You have unique talents that can help our world, and only you can give them. When you do, you shine!

You are so spectacular, dear friend, and the world has gone out of its way to keep this from you. Now, you are being asked to own your own magnificence. With it, you will accomplish miracles. You will help transform humanity.

What is Ascension?

As you read this, humanity is ascending. What does this mean exactly? We are spiritually evolving. We are becoming advanced human beings with full spiritual awareness, freedom, and power.

At this moment, a contagious remembering is taking place on our planet. Humanity is remembering that we are all connected as one, and that we are made of love – the blissful, benevolent Godstuff of creation. We are now ready to live with full realization of this and know an elevated human experience on earth.

Of course, for a long time, the human experience betrayed our true nature completely. In many ways, it still is. We are just now waking up from ages of deep conditioning.

Conditioning is so imbedded in our human lives that it can be challenging to see. And this is because we have been imprisoned by limitation and fear. In fact, we have been taught to replace love with fear. Our very fabric has been obscured.

Authority and the media reinforce this. Our egos take it further with mimicry. The efforts we make to personally limit ourselves are astounding (internal voices anyone?) because we have been programmed that we are relatively worthless.

Feeling “not good enough” is a control tactic that is deeply ingrained. And we have individually adopted it to survive. This creates a mass arrest of freedom and power. And the number one method of crowd control is judgment.

We control each other through judgment. We judge people and put them in their place. This creates limits to all of our worth. It perpetuates fear.

Each human then fears being judged as wrong or bad, when deep down we are spiritually pure. And so, we live to look good enough to others, and we ask others to look good enough for us. This conditional love permeates every human’s life.

Ascension is healing this. It is reminding us how infinitely loved and special we each are, how interconnected to God, and how benevolently powerful. You see, ascension is unconditional love. And it begins with the individual. It is the personal realization that you are an immense spiritual being trapped momentarily in your human experience. And your worth is never negotiable.

What I have learned in my own life is that ascension is deeply personal. It is not about external earthquakes, but internal ones that rip us open and make us heal old wounds. This internal healing reflects outwardly to then create a more harmonious and authentically loving world.

That is why we are each going through challenging personal experiences. These challenges are turning the ways that we have limited ourselves upside down. We are being pushed to question our conditioning and bulldoze confining, unhealthy comfort zones. We are being shown how we have kept each other down in our families, our schools, our businesses, and our governments. It is alarming when you start to see this. And then you realize that you have been keeping yourself down the most.

We have been so scared of our freedom. We would rather let others be in charge and put our dreams to sleep. We might even think that we are free, but most often, we are not. What’s worse, we tend to shun those who seek real freedom because we ourselves settled for limitation long ago. How dare they break the rules when we did not! The policing never ends.

But it is. At last. And it is time for you to seize your freedom, not in spite of, but because of the challenges you face. It is time for you to be wide awake and fully in charge of yourself. You no longer have to make decisions based on fear because you are no longer trapped. You can follow your free heart instead.

You can have full realization of your spiritual immensity. And you can do so while still in tactile, human form. This is what you were born to experience. That is why you chose to live during this ascension time.

Ascension is happening right now, and I know just how hard it can be. But the other side of healing pain is breathtaking. To walk free of old karma and all the ways you have settled is the most glorious liberation imaginable, even if it required nightmares. Know that you are never alone in your dark night, and that heaven on earth awaits! In the morning, you will marvel at your magnificence. And you will know that it was always waiting to shine forth.

You Are in Charge

You are in charge of you. No one else is. End of story.

Nothing really controls you but yourself. Not your relationships, and not your past and future. Not money, nor your situations. Although this might seem untrue, you are the only one who has any say over your life. And though you might feel controlled by obligations, nothing rules you but your beautiful self.

Nobody can keep you trapped any more. You alone decide what you do. No excuses. It is time to free yourself from anything that makes you feel otherwise. Because you were born to be a conscious creator, and in so doing, create our new earth.

Easier said than done, but completely possible now. Because humanity is evolving. Right before your eyes! Life is changing dramatically at this moment. We are leaving limited reality behind.

Things are not business as usual, and it’s time for us to admit this. Change is unstoppable, and thank God because look where we are headed!

We no longer have to prove our worth and feel so much smaller than we are. We don’t have to do things to look good or feed our competitive egos. We don’t have to trade off to survive or look to others for answers we know. You see, what you seek can never be found outside of yourself. You hold the solution to EVERYTHING. And with this power, you will harness your purpose. You will ignite the world.

Your personal challenges are pushing you to do this. They are urging you to become an empowered human being. And though this means walking through your pain, you will purge that pain and shine! This is your destiny.

It is time to recognize that you affect everything. And the truth is that you always have. You might as well create what your heart desires. And do it with total conviction. It is time to stop settling and go for your secret dreams. When you do, infinite opportunities are yours.

So don’t defer to limitation, as most of us tend to do. Don’t set your standards low because you deserve to touch the stars. You deserve total, unconditional happiness in your human life. And feeling worthy will get you there.

So love every part of you, and recognize how sacred you are. Say goodbye to the weary past, and shed the guilt that is stopping you. Wake up! Get empowered! And follow your heart the most. Do the work to enact your dreams, and embrace the bliss you deserve. Take loving charge of yourself and your life instead of following anyone else.

It may look easier to follow, but the truth is that you are a leader, and we have been waiting for you. You can make all the difference, right now, on our beautiful, changing earth.
